Job consisted of; insulation to new timber walls, fresh plaster to new walls, stick on over bricks. 2x New door reveals. Make good of existing walls with lots of patches and crack repairs, new 90mm cove cornice. Installed 1x flush mount access panel all sanded ready to paint.
Evans Street Lawyers
On this small project we stript out old walls and installed new 90mm metal stud frames 3m high. We also installed new r3.5 wall insulation before sheeting the walls. We installed 3 new door jambs and 1x reveal. New 10mm plaster to all walls with aluminium skirting around bottom.
St Anne's Primary School
We fitted out 6 new class rooms with 13mm impact check 1350 high. R4 insulation in all walls. We supplied and installed new rondo grid ceilings through out each room with a 600mm plaster border, all windows set with metal reveals. In Corridor on each end be built and framed plaster coffin bulkheads with 4 new framed and set skylights. In center of Corridor be built and set a coffin t bar grid ceiling at 3m high.
